This book is about a girl who has primatologist parents. And then another primatologist calls them and says there is a group of golden-haired apes. But Evangeline can't go because only two people can go. So Evangeline has to go to her dad's cousin, twice removed. But Then Evangeline's parents go missing in the jungle.
You will have to read the book to find out what happens next.
